“Check in was so fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good selection (sausage, egg, cereal, waffles) our room was very clean and spacious. The pool was also really nice and warm!”

“The room was renovated but the bath room door needed to be repaired because of chipped wood on the back of the door. Water pressure was great and almost instant hot water. The curtains had a stain on them above the air conditioner. The staff was very nice and helpful when needed.The hot breakfast was limited. I would stay there again because it is centrally located near Walmart and restaurants. Also, around 25 minutes to Gulf Shores. Next, time I would stay on the second floor due to hearing...

“Charged me five times for the room at check-in, after waiting at the counter at check-in time for 5 minutes. Elevator felt like final destination. TV had poor reception. Bed was comfortable but unstable.”

“I really never want to give a bad review but I feel like I need to. I will list out everything that was bad. Had to ask for new sheets. The sheets and blanket and pillows were badly stained and had black little hair all over them. The bathroom had bugs. The lady above us stayed up all night screaming with big dogs. “There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen.
