“The room was renovated but the bath room door needed to be repaired because of chipped wood on the back of the door. Water pressure was great and almost instant hot water. The curtains had a stain on them above the air conditioner. The staff was very nice and helpful when needed.The hot breakfast was limited. I would stay there again because it is centrally located near Walmart and restaurants. Also, around 25 minutes to Gulf Shores. Next, time I would stay on the second floor due to hearing...

“Charged me five times for the room at check-in, after waiting at the counter at check-in time for 5 minutes. Elevator felt like final destination. TV had poor reception. Bed was comfortable but unstable.”

“The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint was the pillows weren’t very comfortable and I had some neck pain.”

“Staff were helpful. Room was a good size. Love that there’s dishes, full size freezer & fridge, the restroom could’ve been a bit cleaner but overall the sty was good. Please be aware the breakfast is not a full breakfast. There’s oatmeal, waffle station, cereal, potato wedges, and items to make a breakfast sandwhich (bagel, round egg, cheese, sausage.”

“The room was beautiful, but all of the furniture covers were stained or looked dirty. There was a mark on the guest bedroom door that I was able to wipe off with a disinfectant wipe and the shower heads could use some extra cleaning. Despite these drawbacks, the view from the room was amazing and the room was nicely decorated and had plenty of towels, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen.”

“This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at! I loved the complimentary towels! They also had a walkway nearly all the way to the water, which is so helpful for someone with back problems! Speaking of back problems, hotel mattresses are usually terrible for my back, but these were excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!”

“I switched rooms 3 times 1 st room someone already occupied the room 2nd room no electricity on one wall. The maintenance person couldn't fix the breaker was tripped 3rs room no AC. The Maintenance person was able to reaet. Took after midnight”
