Hotel a Phenix City

“I loved the location of the hotel, it was absolutely beautiful. However, my room never received a proper cleaning in my 5 night stay, my TV never actually worked, and the elevator was the worst part. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, just some bad communication perhaps between functions.”

“My family and I stay here every time we come to Columbus/Phenix City. This was the first time my room was it clean there were food crumbs when we turned the spreads back on both beds and the bathroom was not really clean. Breakfast was not what we were used to. We were highly disappointed”

“We did indulge in the pool but we came at a time of the year were it’s probably not ideal to swim in a pool if it’s not heated but that didn’t stop my family from trying it out because it was a beautiful and perfect pool. :)”

“Bed was more comfortable than other hotels but still not the best. To be expected. The room smelled VERY strongly of chemical cleaner, possibly carpet cleaner. We managed but it was really strong everywhere in the room and other places of the hotel. The sheets for the sofa bed were dirty in the closet but staff provided another set.
