There were some lounge chairs, but all of the other wicker-like furniture had no pads on them. The bad, really bad part was that our sheets had some blood on them! I couldn’t believe what I saw. “I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.”

“Terrible time. I had to report my car being scratched (keyed it appeared) on two different occasions and they said nobody touched my car. Which is absurd because someone even had a finger mark trying to “buff” out what appeared to be a keying. Scratches don’t scratch themselves. I checked my car daily since Sunday to make sure my car would be ok. And it was not. I had to report a lady who I believe did hit my car bc she wasn’t even a guest. “First, it took me about 40 minutes to be standing at the door just to wait for somebody to come check me in the breakfast needs to be taken off of the Expedia because they do not serve breakfast the gym all the equipment is tore up. You cannot use it. It was just a terrible experience and I will not be back.”
