“This hotel was excellent! I would give it 10 stars! Our room was unique in that the restoration to preserve the previous Mill was seen everywhere on the grounds as well as our room. The breakfast was also excellent. Hot homemade grits, biscuits, gravy, eggs & sausage was all included. The staff were all very friendly & helpful from checking in & the breakfast staff. I hope one day I get to return to the City Mill Hotel.”

“Good luck trying to get your money back or either change your booking to a different day whenever you book for the wrong date. It’s always an issue with this hotel that will cause you not to get a good sleep. The manager is very arrogant and rude when speaking to your booking agent.”

“Checking in was a disaster!!!! They didn’t know how to process my Expedia reservation. It took an hour to check in. I had to get help from Expedia chat to help with the process. Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply. Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!”

“The place we stayed was great. The only thing I would change would let everyone pick the seats on the plane since they paid for tickets. Great way to do add ones we ended up getting a rental it was very easy to do. I would 100% use this app again”

“This hotel was really good 10yrs ago. Now it looks like they have never done anything to maintain it. We arrived last Wednesday and after seeing the deterioration of the dining area, and the moldy smell that came out of our room, we tried to leave. Unfortunately we had paid for the whole stay from Wed. last week until today Wed. The hotel refused to refund us our money and we had to stay. We ask Sunday why our room had not beencleaned and we're told that that the reason they had not cleaned...

“this was by far the WORST stay in my life. roaches and spiders everywhere, mildew stench everywhere, holes in the wall smoke marks on every surface, the floor by the tub was completely lifted, the staff did not clean anything properly and was not professional in any way. charged my card an extra $430 and still trying to get the money back from them, crackheads in the lot tried to harm one of my family members and everyone doing drugs/smoking everywhere. do not come here ESPECIALLY if you have...

“Can’t close the bathroom without struggling. The floors are curved (bulged/not level) tip down between bed and entertainment where refrigerator and microwave are. The walk way between them are very narrow. I fear for future guests where they can get hurt if the entertainment falls on them”
