“We had to switch rooms several times. My sister in law had to switch her room as well. No ac in the hallways and was dirty. Pool was closed and dirty upon our arrival, ac in room didn't work and was very loud.”

However I asked for extra pillows and towels (since tgere were 5 of us and only 4 towels and 6 pillows) from the front desk but was told they couldn't access them until housekeeping arrived in the morning. So the next morning I called housekeeping and was told to ask the housekeeper on our floor. At that time no one was on our floor.
