“We had to switch rooms several times. My sister in law had to switch her room as well. No ac in the hallways and was dirty. Pool was closed and dirty upon our arrival, ac in room didn't work and was very loud.”

“Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“Thilth. The place was thilthy. I mean the hallway. I do admit that the guy at the front desk had some semblance of good customer service skills. The halls were thilthy. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.”
