“Paid for a water front room at checking I was told my room is not ready, but was told they have another that’s ready. Call the front desk to let them know what not satisfied with the room was placed on hold for five minutes after which I was told they don’t have any other room. Did not get room service, had to call for clean towels. Would not stay again.”

“I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.”

“I was especialy impressed by Michael at the front desk. His warm approach and helpfulness was a pleasant reminder of what hospitality truly means. He handled everything from room issues to walkable shopping ideas. Bottom line he puts the H in Hospitality.”

“Terrible time. I had to report my car being scratched (keyed it appeared) on two different occasions and they said nobody touched my car. Which is absurd because someone even had a finger mark trying to “buff” out what appeared to be a keying. Scratches don’t scratch themselves. I checked my car daily since Sunday to make sure my car would be ok. And it was not. I had to report a lady who I believe did hit my car bc she wasn’t even a guest. “Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“We’ve stated in this hotel for three years in a row. We loved it, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and it has indoor pool. Also we love the continental breakfast. The only negative is that you have to pay $12 for parking”

“First, the door lock needed batteries when we checked in so we couldn't get in our rooms until someone came and change the batteries. Second, when we got in, the tub in the bathroom was nasty with soap grime and mildew, the bathtub curtain had mold . I took pics and video and we called the front desk it was midnight so we requested someone to come and clean the bathroom and change the curtain at noon on the next day. “The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.”
