Hotel vicino a Wild wood park - Columbus

“The staff were very friendly and helpful, our main complaint is” the hotel overbooked and gave our king bed river view room to someone else “. We ended up sleeping in a queen bed. Not cool, next time in Columbus GA we’re going to stay at the Indigo across the river”

“Great overlook of river.”

“the bed was very comfortable and the receptionist was excellent and great customer service. Shower head on 10”

“Good”

“Clean room, helpful staff.”

“The property I would say looks rundown the elevators don’t work and I was on the third floor, so I had to walk up the stairs with all my luggage I had to swap rooms a couple of times due to different issues ,smelling like smoke ,TV not working , no phone etc. last but not least a worker tried to come in my room at 9 AM thank God I had the top lock latch in the door double locked because he would’ve seen me naked. I was terrified!”

“Roaches and thugs everywhere”

“Loved staying here. My husband graduated BCT and we stayed here for the family weekend. Staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast was pretty good! Will definitely stay here again for AIT graduation”

“I didn’t like that they charge you the morning that you are due to check in before you even check in but overall everything else was great breakfast and all.”

“Dishes were provided, but no soap to wash them. The shower quit working, No hand broom in the unit. I will go back to Marriott.”

“There wasn't any body lotion that I'm accustomed to. I had to buy some and then throw the rest away at the airport. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was helpful and very patient with the calls she was getting when I checked in. One of the spoons I used had a metal burr on it and I cut my lip. Suite 117 Thank you.”
