Hotel vicino a Wild wood park - Columbus

“Excellent quaint hotel in Columbus Ga. The staff were amazing, the hotel was very nice, in a nice area with very pretty views of the river. The rooms were very well appointed and very clean. The bed was so comfortable!!! Breakfast in the morning was very tasty and hot, and the service was wonderful. Check out the restaurant - that was a true 5 start place with wonderful folks working there!!”

“Room did not have cups/glasses, coffee, adequate towels, tv did not work initially, roach on the counter. Sep 14 there was a loud fight - lots of shouting - in the hallway around 2:00am and banging noises in the room near me, was afraid to leave in the morning. Stairwell doors were all propped open - seems like a fire code violation. Was afraid the elevator would stop working due to the loud noises it made. No sign on the building indicating it was a Travelodge. ”

“Checking in was a disaster!!!! They didn’t know how to process my Expedia reservation. It took an hour to check in. I had to get help from Expedia chat to help with the process. Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply. Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!”

“The hotel was nice the problem is they didn’t let us know the pool wasn’t open until we got there and that was our reason for getting that hotel… I believe we should have gotten a discount ”
