“The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.”

“I actually did not stay. I checked in and left. I did not feel safe at this motel. There were people loitering all around the parking lot in and out of cars. There was a sign inside my room telling me to make sure to secure the internal door security device. I could hear everything outside and could smell the cigarette smoke from people standing outside of their room. I did not feel safe staying and sleeping, nor parking my rental car in the lot for any period of time. The room itself...

“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was also very affordable, and the location was literally 4 mins from the Fort Benning visitor center. Our issue was that, even though breakfast was included, it was only Raisin Bran cereal, hard-boiled eggs, and toast. The pool was not as nice as the pictures suggested at all. The rooms were missing hair dryers and irons. If we were not planning on staying 5 days here, and it was only...
