“We liked everything about Indigo Hotel. It has a lot of atmosphere, the facilities are modern & the decor inviting. We enjoyed reasonably priced meals on the outside patio, the pool & the rooftop view. The location is good. Will be back.”

“I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.”

“Terrible time. I had to report my car being scratched (keyed it appeared) on two different occasions and they said nobody touched my car. Which is absurd because someone even had a finger mark trying to “buff” out what appeared to be a keying. Scratches don’t scratch themselves. I checked my car daily since Sunday to make sure my car would be ok. And it was not. I had to report a lady who I believe did hit my car bc she wasn’t even a guest. “We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation.”

“I walked into the lobby to the front desk and was immediately overwhelmed by the odor of marijuana and filth. I was afraid to touch anything, I walked out prepared to sleep in my car. It was graduation week and was so worried I wouldn’t find other accommodations at last minute. Thank GOD the Sleep Inn had one room available!”

“Hotel staff was really friendly! The owner was really friendly and personable. His son was courteous as well. I asked for extra towels and they were accommodating! The room had some new elements. It wasn’t necessarily national chain quality but truly it was nice. It’s a budget price motel but it’s not run down or sketchy. The towels were nice and there were plenty of nice pillows which helps! You could tell that the owner takes pride in his property. We appreciate a budget motel that’s clean...

“*The housekeeping was 100/10 they look exhausted and need a raise. I always tip housekeepers but these ones definitely deserve it. *The lobby staff seemed annoyed by questions and hateful..some customers service training for those folks. *Breakfast was mediocre. * low cost hotel that is clean”
