“I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.”

“check in was easy. Room was pretty much as pictured - Plain. Laundry area was a nice amenity.”

“We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation.”

“Upon arrival we were asked if we would like refresh/house keeping during our stay of 5 days, we said yes. Not once did we get any service. On day 3, I asked the desk to make sure we were indeed on the list for services, asked for fresh towels and what to do with our garbage, seeing we had a kitchen/suite with food rubbish and no garbage bags were in any of our receptacles to start. Day 4, again no services and we were now out of toilet paper. To the front desk again we went. The floors were...

“Very nice spot close to everything I need.”

“My party of four stayed at this hotel, we booked four rooms. The moment we all checked in we all had issues with our rooms. From yellow and black stained sheets, mold under the sink, no fresh sheets on the bed, a pipe spraying water under the sink, and finding a carpet bug in the bed.”
