Hotel a Buena Vista

“I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.”

“My stay here was decent but the Air conditioner wasn't as cool as it should have been... everything was as expected..the pool is warm as well.”

“Well all the staff was great but my phone didn’t work and shower head was loose but it wasn’t a big problem overall it was ok”

“Clean, quiet room in a beautiful historic hotel. Dining room was huge and beautiful. Food was really good. I would stay here again!”

“The lobby was clean. My room had an odor and dust was on the coffee maker and the ice bucket lid. Under the sink in the bathroom is very dusty. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Very discolored and nasty looking. Carpet needs shampoo.”

“The room was great. Loved the walk in shower. The breakfast was small but good with yogurt and berries and chocolate granola. The Keurig type coffee selection was superb. Only downside was there are no restaurants in the area. You do have to drive to the nearest town for dinner about 20 minutes.”

“Upon arrival we were given the last double queen room on the bottom floor by the exit door. When we opened the door there were small worms all over the tile floor. We refused to take our things off the cart. We went to the desk and upon inspection with them we found bugs and a live beetle in the beds. We were given a King suite room since there were no double queens left. We always use double queens when traveling for the hot and cold sleeper. Upon tedious inspection of the second King room...

“It was inexpensive, but dead bugs all through the bathroom put a big damper on our opinion. There were more dead bugs every day”

“Staff were overly involved. I expected more privacy. Also, I paid a $50 cash deposit and never saw it again and I know for a fact my room was left in perfect condition.”

“Close to the base and could walk to museum and base if you had to.”

“This place is now t for a clean person. The place has very outdated/badly maintained. I couldn’t stay there once physically present. The shower tub got rusted look and is all wearing out. Bugs Possibly present. Not a good hotel for someone who loves themselves.”

“Thilth. The place was thilthy. I mean the hallway. I do admit that the guy at the front desk had some semblance of good customer service skills. The halls were thilthy. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.”
