“I liked nothing about the room I reserved. The carpet smelled horrible and the shower water wouldn't get hot only warm. There were 2 sink holes in the floor that I unexpectedly sinked down in. Just an awful experience.”

“It’s one of the hotels you walk in and know it was really nice at some point. But the rooms have not been up kept, seating and bedding was dirty and I could tell they had not had a deep cleaning in a while. Breakfast was cheapest you could lay out and didn’t even have coffee creamers or teas out.”

“The bad: The floors are linoleum, not carpeted so your feet felt dirty the whole time. The bed was made with two mattress covers, no fitted sheet which made it feel strange. The free coffee was a blend of tea and coffee which tasted nasty. The hotel was being remodeled so there was a lot of construction dust all around. The good: The room was nice, the staff was awesome. The outside sitting areas were very nice. I believe once all of the construction is done, this will be a definite spot...

“Upon arrival we were asked if we would like refresh/house keeping during our stay of 5 days, we said yes. Not once did we get any service. On day 3, I asked the desk to make sure we were indeed on the list for services, asked for fresh towels and what to do with our garbage, seeing we had a kitchen/suite with food rubbish and no garbage bags were in any of our receptacles to start. “This property get's no stars from my husband and I. After leaving our cruise from Port Canaveral we decided to take out time arriving back to Atlanta. We booked this room through Expedia after reviewing the reviews. They were'nt great but they were descent to sleep for a night (we thought). We arrived late to the Hotel to find the Check In office was closed. All the lights were out and there was a sign that said the office closed at 11:00. We beat on the door several minutes with no response....
