Hotel a Cusseta

“The hotel location is very quiet at the end of a culdesac. Our room was older and needed some maintenance to feel cleaner and more appealing. Bed slept great and was fresh. Sofa cushions were stained and bathroom tub finish peeling and grout line at floor disintegrated and dirty. Shower head leaked but had great pressure so shower was good. The ice machine was cringe. My husband is a Veteran so special Veteran parking was appreciated. The flags however were torn and shredding, not a good look....

“Room was perfect for 2 people who like to watch different TV stations, separate bathrooms, Best was comfortable beds and complimentary beverages and snacks on the floor where you stayed. Restaurant food was very good! I would choose to stay here if this hotel was in other cities.”

“I don't like that not once but twice something was said to me about people OUTSIDE my room...I was asleep one time and almost asleep the second. Never said anything to them, just me.talking about it'd hurt his business...well not my people or my visitors so how is that anything to do with me”

“This property is in need of a refresh as it is at the beginning stages of shabby. The breakfast was not up to the usual Hampton Inn high standards. The raisin bran dispenser did not work and the yogurt selection was meager. The coffe was hit or miss. I stayed 3 nights and the coffee was mediocre 2 of the 3 mornings. One of the mornings it was quite enjoyable. Breakfast room was well cleaned.”

“Room was clean. The shower head definitely needs to be replaced, it was terrible. Other things ham that the stay was good.”

“Needs more large luggage carts. Only has one. Internet connectivity is terrible! Recumbent bike seat jiggles when riding making it impossible to go very fast. Not much sound insulation between floors.”

“Limited inexpensive hotels to stay at in Auburn so you can end up staying in okay to poor hotels. This Quality Inn is actually a motel. Floors have been updated & bed is fine but other things in room aren’t updated. Breakfast is mainly breads. Was fine for one night. If have a choice, won’t stay here again.”

“When I tried to check in I was told I would have to wait because the rooms were not ready. The clerk seemed overwhelmed and was short with most guests approaching the desk. The clerk told others after me she wasn’t supposed to be there and really didn’t know when we would be able to check in. I waited about an 45 minutes after check in time to get a room. My room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel even though it was not an ideal check in. ”
