“Heritage House is a gem! ”

“The hotel is in need of roof repairs, the pool is non functioning and full of green water, the room looked nothing like the picture on the website. The hotel was generally quite run down. My friend was concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding. We kept our shoes on while in the room and did not use the shower. The room had a coffee maker that was sitting on the floor under the bathroom sink. The cash or cash app only type of payment should have been a red flag. ”

“If you’re staying in Opelika Alabama a few days please try this property it’s amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. I made mention that it was my wife’s birthday and upon leaving they gave her a birthday card. You don’t see this type of customer service anymore. I can say you will find great customer service at this property. Already planning another visit to the area.”

“I had to clean the room myself when I got there just filthy the housekeepers should be fired all of them they dona horrible job and we pay our money to stay on what they do the bare minimum in regards to cleaning etc”
