“Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Nice hotel”

“This place is neat and comfortable. Everything was excellent. The only thing I would say needs a little improvement is how the office smells. The smell is so strong as soon as you walk in but apart from that, the environment, room, and services were amazing! ”

“It was pretty basic. The lighting is terrible in the bathroom and the rooms have an odor of something in them. Walls are paper thin and staff is scarce. Really just a 3 out of 5 and barely that. ”

“Slept fully clothed even kept shoes on. Watched drug deals out my window and listened to all the craziness around me through my thin walls as I tried to get a little rest. Not great! ”

“This place is awful, we left same night. Busted windows, rooms dirty, marijuana smell all around the building. We was told one room, wasn’t even the right room. Will never book here again. ”

“The staff is the best. We were doing the SE BDR and stayed here and they a tualy did our laundry and stayed late to make sure it was done. The room was as clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was perfect for the SE BDR. Very quiet hotel. The breakfast was delicious. They let us park our motorcycles under the covered drive way. ”

“I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay!”

“Room needs to work. Under the door was a space that small animals could come in places around the room attention for repairs. People were good done the job they needed to do but the rooms need updated. I’ve stayed with y’all four years now this room was the worst. I’ve stayed in.”

“We had fun. We live in a busy tourist area so it was nice to let the kids play on the yard with no concerns. It was peaceful and quiet. No one bothered us at all. ”
