Hotel a Verbena

“Out of date with a old smell.”

“We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. “We had issues checking in. The floor in the rooms were dirty. The pool was horrendous and my kids were so disappointed they could not swim. A group of people came in and had a party with loud voices, fighting and screaming from 2:30AM to 6:30AM. It scared us and fortunately our kids slept through it. I did not. I would avoid this motel at all costs! You have been warned.”

“First, I called for an early check-in before arriving,no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the hotel there was only one person at the front counter and he was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me with a simple one moment or anything. I politely sat down and waited for him to finish his call. I was allowed to go-ahead an check-in. My room was subpar ( double beds) in every way. I most definitely will NOT return to this particular hotel. I wanted to try a different hotel in the area on...

“We usually try to find a Springhill Suite to stay at when we travel as we’ve always had a great experience. This was the only property we have not had a gods experience. When we got to our room the beds weren’t made after the last guests left and there were dirty dishes in the room. Only 1 of 2 elevators was working. The continental breakfast only had eggs and what appeared to be boiled sausage patties.”

“Rooms were clean, neat, sanitary. Hotel had nothing else to offer. No breakfast-only coffee but was told no creamer. Desk shuts down overnight. Only 1 disposable cup for taking my meds.”
