Hotel a Verbena

“Room smelt like smoke, front desk gave me a spray only help a few minutes. Was exhausted so just went to bed next morning discovered cigarette butt on the floor under chair, bathtub rim and burnt mark, sink HUGE crack. Breakfast couldn't get waffle dispenser to work, real hard to use juice machine AND FRUIT PUNCH is not for breakfast. Had to microwave sausage to make sure it was done and hot. No worker so had to go in their kitchen to get hot water for tea as it was only luke warm in their...
