“Expedia was incorrect and said this hotel had a fitness center, but they do not. That was disappointing. Otherwise everything about our stay was nice! Clean comfortable rooms. Loud air conditioning unit though. Good breakfast. ”

“No first day breakfast at 8 am there was no hot food several people waiting for the hot food and nobody was there for 20 plus mins. Seems a person came in around 8:30 and started working in the small kitchen. Parking was okay no issues. The hot water would take for long time and water pressure was extremely low. Very Low....Staffing was okay. Need to work on some issues but I might stay there again. Would have to see for the price and what was available in the area.....”

“The room was spacious, it had a full kitchen. The AC unit was loud turning on and off. The hotel is very clean and the property is neat and tidy with lovely plants outside. It is convenient to restaurants and the highway. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay. ”

“The best part of our stay is the BREAKFAST. Hands down. I have stayed here two years in a row on spring break on our way to Gulf Shores. No other place has a better breakfast and I made sure to tell them that when we left. Thank you!”

“Housekeeping leaves A LOT to be desired. There was poop droplets on the bathroom floor. Shampoo and conditioner from the wall dispenser was running down the wall in the shower. There was also a 2 1/2 inch tree roach running around in there that I had to trap with a plastic cup and flush down the toilet. There was a milky white substance that stained the sofa. The desk, mirror, and bathroom counter had nasty smudges and residue on them that you could see and feel. The microwave didn't work....

“Just a bad stay all around man. We arrived after a maybe 5-6 hour road trip driving due to traffic. We arrived very tired, I had booked a room with 2 queens. They had no rooms available with 2 queens. Hilton nor Expedia reached out to tell me before I made this booking. I had remembered at booking there was a junior suite that atleast had a coach for me to sleep on and a bed for my 2 daughters. Upon asking about this room I was told basically. “ nope it’s different price”. Never even asked did I...
