“The pool looked like it had not Been cleaned in a while. Resort is right bedside a bridge that a lot of shady people were hanging out around. Room was clean, but half of the lights did not work and there were exposed wires.”

Room was not cleaned well, needs major updates and cleaning. My breaking point was when I found roaches in my room. I ended up checking out 3 days early and finding a new place to go. “First, it took me about 40 minutes to be standing at the door just to wait for somebody to come check me in the breakfast needs to be taken off of the Expedia because they do not serve breakfast the gym all the equipment is tore up. You cannot use it. It was just a terrible experience and I will not be back.”

“I actually did not stay. I checked in and left. I did not feel safe at this motel. There were people loitering all around the parking lot in and out of cars. There was a sign inside my room telling me to make sure to secure the internal door security device. I could hear everything outside and could smell the cigarette smoke from people standing outside of their room. I did not feel safe staying and sleeping, nor parking my rental car in the lot for any period of time. The room itself...

“Nothing fancy. Very utilitarian. Because I was traveling solo, I did not mind. If I was with a significant other, I would probably have chosen to pay more to stay somewhere else. The staff was polite. There was adequate parking.”

“Holiday Inn Express next door was full of life. For the size of this property there were not even 10 cars. Pool was not operational. Property looked like something from skid row. Was charge an early check-in fee when it was only 10 minutes (2:50p) before regular check-in time (3:00p) and room was already turned over for next guest.”

“Upon arrival we were given the last double queen room on the bottom floor by the exit door. When we opened the door there were small worms all over the tile floor. We refused to take our things off the cart. We went to the desk and upon inspection with them we found bugs and a live beetle in the beds. We were given a King suite room since there were no double queens left. We always use double queens when traveling for the hot and cold sleeper. Upon tedious inspection of the second King room...
