“Front lobby looked and smelled great, I wish I could say the same about the room. As soon as you opened the door a bad odor from the carpet hits you. Room was not cleaned well, needs major updates and cleaning. My breaking point was when I found roaches in my room. I ended up checking out 3 days early and finding a new place to go. Staff was friendly”

“We had a nice stay here. The room was comfortable and fit our family of five. However I asked for extra pillows and towels (since tgere were 5 of us and only 4 towels and 6 pillows) from the front desk but was told they couldn't access them until housekeeping arrived in the morning. So the next morning I called housekeeping and was told to ask the housekeeper on our floor. At that time no one was on our floor. A little while later we were able to get some towels from the housekeeper that was...

“First, it took me about 40 minutes to be standing at the door just to wait for somebody to come check me in the breakfast needs to be taken off of the Expedia because they do not serve breakfast the gym all the equipment is tore up. You cannot use it. It was just a terrible experience and I will not be back.”

“The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.”

“We had to switch rooms several times. My sister in law had to switch her room as well. No ac in the hallways and was dirty. Pool was closed and dirty upon our arrival, ac in room didn't work and was very loud.”
