“The suite i was in the ac/heater unit in the bedroom didn't work and the breakfast area (mainly drink area) was disgusting. Also told saturday morning by a staff member the water park was closed down all day. when i went to the front desk they hadnt heard anything. Thankfully it wasn't shut down but maybe next time not going around to all the parents and telling them when you don't have the truth or full story.”

“It was noisy because of all the slamming doors. The blackout curtain had multiple tears or holes. The A/C was barely adequate. This hotel needs a major renovation. ”

“Staff was very attentive to our needs. We had an issue with the room and was immediately given another room and he apologized for the inconvenience and offered to help us move our luggage. Only issue that was a real problem was the noise created when adjoining room to our room 118 was when they ran the water in the morning. So loud it woke us up. The breakfast at 8am was very picked over and some items were depleted. The staff member offered to make more of the depleted items. When...
