“Was assigned a room that was dirty. Some of the staff were very kind and others very abrupt and dismissive. Breakfast is subpar but location is convenient ”

“We had bugs in our room and felt them through the night which was very disruptive to sleeping Random people driving through the parking lot when we were next to our car asking for gas money and was evident they were using drugs Check in process was delayed and they kept telling us to call back every hour to see if our room was ready - this went on for 5 hours”

“The staff were outstanding and went over and beyond helping my son who has special needs. I highly recommend this place!”

“There was raised bran. And I believe frosted flacks. There was some sugar don't individual wrapping, a couple of one type of muffin thatqewfallingapart. Noprotein, very little milk and juice. A very sad breakfast bar. Therewas nosoapfor washing our hands in the room. When I asked for some art the front desk they said ther order has not come in and gave me the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to use for hand soap. They had no ice.”

“The Ranchers Club was fully booked. I feel there should be some reservations/tables put aside for hotel guests. Guests should have a little bit of priority ”

“Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT .....”

“Breakfast was Not fresh. Coffee was stale on the first morning, fine after that. Room was not cleaned once during my 4 night stay. Air conditioning worked well.”

“This was my second stay with this location. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working, but service desk helped us get some ice at the lobby. I made sure to get the same room as my last stay, I enjoy the quietness from hallway. Definitely plan to come back during the Special Olympics visit again. This location is the best from the campus activities.”

“The only downside was the renovations that were going on.”

“The property was dated, the front door didn't close, there was construction, and there is a pool but no water. Staff never cleaned our room. Luckily all I needed was a bed for the night. Didn't go for amenities. They do have a decent breakfast available. ”

“They were renovating so hallways were unfinished. Had to move rooms right away because toilet did not flush well. Staff on duty handled things well and asked again how things were going. Original room and room that we moved to had both been renovated but not done well. Breakfast was good though and hotel was quiet.”
