“There was some confusion when we arrived in getting the keys. There was as issue with the apt I booked. I found out the day before we left. I was notified I had been assigned a new apt. The keys should have been left in a lockbox in a parking area of the building. There weren't. I reached out to the host. It took a little while for the host to respond. The cleaners forgot to put the keys in the lockbox. After the confusion with keys and apartment, the apartment we did get in was great! ...
