“Very good!!”

“It’s an old hotel that Hilton Spark has recently remodeled. Rooms and hallways have strong odors, maybe cleaning chemicals or laminate glue…? The location looks industrial, it’s opposite an old dairy creamery, next to a very dated stripmall and behind it is a busy highway. ”

“The room is in need of updating. The air conditioner is very noisy and the curtain was almost torn in half that was covering the large glass sliding window. But the room appeared clean. Overall it was pretty good but for the money you are paying, it needs a facelift.”

“I enjoyed having the extra space separate from the bed. Not having my coffee maker in my bathroom area. I also enjoyed having some amenities that I could purchase in the lobby. When I arrived I was able to purchase a small amount of Tylenol, for example, without having to drive around looking for a place when I wasn’t feeling well. Quick and efficient check in. I would definitely stay again or recommend to friends or family.”

“Sono finito in quest'hotel per errore. l'impatto con il personale non è stato gradevole, arrivati alle 10 di sera abbiamo trovato la reception quasi al buio con tre persone, due delle quali sembravano avventori non del tutto sobri. La terza ci ha dato la camera. Durante lo scarico dei bagagli sono arrivate due pattuglie della polizia che hanno iniziato a cercare qualcuno nelle camere (non nella nostra però). Il mattino dopo la sbandierata colazione continentale inclusa nel prezzo ci ha...

“The automated system was inappropriate and faulty”

“so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do. as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests.”
