“Sono finito in quest'hotel per errore. l'impatto con il personale non è stato gradevole, arrivati alle 10 di sera abbiamo trovato la reception quasi al buio con tre persone, due delle quali sembravano avventori non del tutto sobri. La terza ci ha dato la camera. Durante lo scarico dei bagagli sono arrivate due pattuglie della polizia che hanno iniziato a cercare qualcuno nelle camere (non nella nostra però). “The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It had a kitchen, but absolutely no kitchen items. Not even a coffee maker or cups for coffee (not even paper cups to use in the microwave for tea). I believe you can borrow a coffee maker but you need to bring your own cups and coffee. There is a Starbucks close by. We had 2 small bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels or bathmat. I'm not sure if these would be provided if we asked. Our room was on the 4th floor.
