NO INTERNET! They lied on all sites saying there is WiFi access. Do not stay here, there are no hotel staff on site and they couldn’t care less that there was no internet access. I called the first morning at 6:30 am to say that I work remote and I was expecting the free wifi access that was promised with my room. They said they would look into it and never called me back. They did send a lady from the cafe over who confirmed that the internet wasn’t working on my laptop and she didn’t have internet access from her phone either. She told me to go over to the cafe for breakfast because there was internet. After ordering a latte and breakfast, there wasn’t any internet there either, which the same lady confirmed. I called Expedia at 11 to complain. They told me to leave the hotel and they would comp me the night. I thought they meant the first night but they meant the second night. I left the hotel and booked somewhere else and I never got the refund. No access to gym either. The code that was provided didn’t work for the gym. So no gym access, no internet and you call yourself a boutique hotel?!?!? Cute hotel but I would never stay there again. Expedia and this hotel were a major disappointment!!!
