“Great location for day trips to anywhere in Pembrokeshire, especially Skomer. Overlooking the marina and only 5 minutes walk from a wide selection of good cafes and restaurants, but their own food is good too! Friendly staff.
Rooms are spacious and well equipped but the bed was a little hard for me (like most hotels). Not all rooms have baths but I was able to change at no extra cost. ”

“Obviously a lot of effort has been made by the new owners to create a comfortable and upgraded environment. They are working hard and constantly on what was obviously a worn down building. Looking out from the room the gardens and view is spectacular. The room was large and comfy with great, instant hot water and lovely deep bath. Authentic home cooked curry was delicious.”

“The staff (Joey) was great, as was the location. The bed are very low, and difficult to get out of if one is older or heavier. The furniture is shabby, and the desk chair broke when I sat on it. The shower is good-sized and has great water pressure. Make sure to leave the switch next to the toilet on (it is a pump for fresh and waste water). “It was a surprise trip for hubby. As we pulled up to the gates, he let out a huge WOW, I did too.
The lady that greeted us and showed us around was lovely.
Our room, the Nest, was beautiful as was the rest of the castle.
We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast and met other members of staff, they were lovely.
It was like being in a fairy tale.

“This small pub with 8 rooms for accommodation is an excellent base for a few days to explore some of the many highlights in this area. The pub restaurant offered a good chouce, the pub was convivial. The daily included breakfast was excellent and the server very helpful. Plenty of parking makes for a stress free experience.”
