“We were told by locals that it’s one of the safer hotels on the interstate. Very clean property room could have been just a bit cleaner. No complaints overall.”

“We liked the hotel and property- no complaints really. I was charged an extra ~$40, and have no idea why. I didn’t even get emailed a receipt. We used a bottle of water so I expected a $6 charge.”

“Very filthy hotel . Piss stained old mattresses and uncomfortable. Linens were all stained. Pillows old, stained and uncomfortable. Broken light fixtures, filthy refridgerator, filthy floors, trim missing on floor. Shameful for such a well known company.”

“The elevator did not work. All ice machines were broken, no ice was available. The building was run down and NOT in the condition shown online. Even the fountain in front was dry and shut down. Due to a name change, my Expedia reservation could not be found. I had to spend almost an hour trying to get Expedia to communicate with the hotel and find my booking (even though the confirmation had both the old and new hotel name.) Ultimately, did not enjoy this stay!”

“Easy parking”

“Here's the deal. We drove from Phx, AZ to Lubbock, TX for a family emergency. We didn't need anything fancy, the pics of the website are so deceiving. The beds look just like that but the other pictures must be from a completely different hotel. The floor is nasty, do not walk bare feet. The walls are nasty & very dirty. The bathroom was nasty too, black ring around the toilet, the shower was yellowish like it hasn't been clean. I went to buy products to clean it because I needed to...

“Loved having 2 power bars in the room so we had plenty of options to charge devices. Wished the pillows were a little more comfortable”

“parking was fine. staff said they were going to clean bathroom but nobody ever showed up. Room i paid for wasn't available and had to pay more for another. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. paid more for a room with BUGS all over the bathroom sink and counter. just a bad experience. ”
