“Pésima experiencia. Llegamos al check in a las 2 de la mañana debido a un retraso de 10 horas del vuelo AA de Phx a Sat. Cansados, hartos, con bebe, y no tenían sistema para darnos cuarto. Además habíamos avisado a recepción del inusual retraso. Esperamos cuarenta terribles minutos más y el cuarto qué nos asignaron estaba sucio con basura de cajas de pizza, cervezas, desacomodado y con olor a pintura (solvente) insoportable. “A little dated but very clean, breakfast was standard, drinks and dinner at night were a nice touch. Originally I was on the top floor and the AC did not keep up and was warm. As some visit to the front desk and was moved to a lower floor and was nice and cool. Overall nice property and has that "resort" feel. One guest referred to it as their "stay-cation".”

“This was a last min reservation for me since the Wyndham we had planned on staying in had mold all over the furniture and the room smelled terrible. The room was very clean and not outdated. At this price point it is well worth it. Parking also felt safe. Unfortunately the beds were a little too stiff for me and breakfast was picked up 15 min before their posted time. Not a big deal.”

“I spent the 4th of July weekend with my family and our stay there was great. Staff was nice and friendly. Also the room was everything we needed to feel home away from home. I will definitely stay here again with my family. Its in a nice quiet area. Thank you again!”

“Room was clean but I am glad that I packed my own toiletries because the body was and shampoo dispensers were empty. The TV service was a bit complicated to use. Over all I wound rate my stay 3 out of 5”

I booked two rooms in advance arrived and received room cards first room we went to someone was already in room second room went in the room the pull out sofa looked disgusting.. the second room they provided to replace the one someone was already in was not the size room I paid for so it couldn’t accommodate my 17 year old son and his 65 year old grandmother.. when I told the receptionist this wouldnt work and I would have to Leave the guy at the...

“1st asked for a 2 bedroom suite; that is what I booked when I arrived they had to split us; glad my party was old enough; 2nd billed for a pet fee; my animal is a service dog; still waiting for that credit to adjust. 3rd the pool needs a deep cleaning and the hot tub would not work. Gym floor was wet; the free breakfast needs a new chef or pre-cooked vendor needs to be changed. I hope they go under renovation soon for the price and the property is not worth it. “Very disappointing stay. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised. The pictures are misleading. The property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways. The hallway carpets were stained, worn, and felt filthy. Our room was dirty when we arrived, and several amenities were broken, making our stay even more frustrating. The rooms are outdated and in need of major renovations.
