“Hotel is very convenient to WPI and staff were very friendly. Rate was reasonable. We have stayed there before, but remember a better experience. The chair in our room was old and tattered. The ceiling had what appeared to be water damage and needed painting. The room was small. The refrigerator was so loud we unplugged it. The a/c was so loud we shut it off.”

“Parking. Busy crazy weekend for all the college graduations and literally no where to drop off luggage. All the temporary signed spots are filled with cars. Staff didn't care. Driving around and around trying to figure out how to get into the place.”

“My mom and I stayed here for two nights while we were in the area for the Brimfield Flea Market, and we had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, and Heather is a great host. Both breakfasts were very nice. This is a great little bnb where we felt welcome and relaxed. We will definitely return the next time we go to the flea market!”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “Location was great Lots of restaurants in the area and other stores. Close to main roads. Restaurant in the facility was delicious. Staff were delightful and helpful. Bedroom consisted of a living room and bedroom. Excellent. Our only issue was the toilet in the bathroom was very, very low. We would go back and probably ask for a handicap room. I'd advise them to make their toilets higher though. They are lower than the old ones we all had years ago.”
