“Great stay”

“The booking was exactly as explained on the listing for the hotel. Everything looked like the pictures, which you can trust. We enjoyed our stay with Hilton. We also had the best sleep of the trip here as well. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Room was definitely cleaned daily.”

“This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic. “Was horrible to try to cancel reservations called multiple times paid everything online called to make sure there was nothing else other then the pet fee was told no everything was taken care of just to be told when I got there I had to pay a deposit which I was told on the phone the day before when I called that it was already paid.”

“The property, location, and room were excellent. The room was very spacious and included a suite style kitchenette. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous and overall we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The one area that could use a little more attention, would be the breakfast. The breakfast was very underwhelming and left you wanting more selections, a bit surprising considering all the other great things that were included. I would definitely stay here again in the future.”
