“The pool wasn't quite as big as I had hoped based on the picture, BUT it had one very big advantage over lots of other hotel pools: it has an ACTUAL DEEP END (9 ft). This made it really popular with the kids who swam in it every day. “Overall it was a great experience. Staffs were very helpful and nice. Lots of amenities, kid loved the pools and the zipline. Free to use paddle board/kayak which is great. Bouncehouse wasn’t there when we visited. We booked last minute so the only room that was left was on the mountain side, which was across the lakeside. You have to cross a busy road to get to the lakeside and that was a bit dangerous for kids. I hope the bed could be better. But given its last minute booking I can’t...

“I definitely feel like this hotel was overpriced for what it was. Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bathroom trash had not been emptied from the previous guest's stay. The overall condition and quality of the building were below expectations. At night, the hallway leading to my room was completely dark, with no lighting, which felt unsafe and made it difficult to get to my room.”

The staff are consistently helpful, the rooms are clean, and the AC works great (nice and cold when you need it). The beachfront location in Lake George Village is hard to beat. What dropped this stay from a 5-star experience was one horrible large family that made the whole place miserable....
