“A nice apartment in the center of the old part of Nizza. Functional apartment for 5 people, absolute availability from the owner for all the requests we have asked him. Apartment maybe not ideal for families with small kids due to the many steps to reach the third floor.”

“Ce n'était pas des vacances mais un logement pour accueillir une équipe de travailleurs, le logement était très fonctionnel et bien placé. Je le reprendrais certainement pour mon prochain chantier sur Nice”

“L'appartement était super bien placé , au coeur du vieux Nice comme c'était indiqué dans l'annonce. Par contre , ce qui n'était pas précisé c'est qu'il y a 102 marche a monter (pas d'ascenseur) avant d'accéder a l'appartement. Une fois dans l'appartement les escalier sont très raides pour aller dans la chambre qui se trouve en bas. Il faut avoir les jambes accroché et ça va qu'on est 2 jeunes. Il faut le préciser au cas où des personnes âgées serait intéressé par l'annonce.”

“Absolutely loved our stay in old town Nice. The apartment was smack dab in the middle of all the action. Great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops within throwing distance of the apartment. Overall the apartment was comfortable and was a great home base as we travelled along the coast for a few days. It seems the apartment had recently renovated floors, bathroom and kitchen. Parking was a three minute walk. When we come back to Nice we would stay there again. The Shaws . ”
