“What a fantastic location and great place for a big family. The location could not be better especially for an athlete for the Ironman and her spectators with the race start and finish steps away. The place accommodated our large group including young children. We are tall with many above 6 feet but the upstairs ceiling really was fine. Bernard, our host, communicated very well and answered many questions timely. If you are only here for vacation the location of this place for a large group is...

“the apartment was having work done in the hallway and dry wall dust, workers and equipment was everywhere. there was no balcony overlooking the water (as in the picture), instead the window looked into a dirty alley. parking was very difficult, and the outside door locked us INSIDE the building a few times! It was cramped, noisy, expensive and a terrible experience. Go someplace else! ”

“This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return to this flat on our next stay in Nice.”

“Appartement atypique, un peu sombre, spacieux. Dommage que les lits et les chaises manquent de confort. La rue peut être bruyante la nuit. La chambre bleue est très bien pour 1 personne ou 2 enfants mais pas 2 adultes. Sinon l'emplacement est idéal et le rapport qualité prix correct. Excellent accueil, l'agence est aux petits soins 👌”
