“Hot water was lacking, so if you like cold morning showers you'll be right at home. $57/day for valet is nonsense. $25 dollars to rent a movie I should be able to access from my netflix account is absurd. Charges to my bill b/c a sensor in the room was triggered when a beverage or snack from the minibar was moved is a great way to generate revenue without an expense. Thankfully I looked at my bill and remove ~$100 in charges. There were smells like a gas station bathroom in different areas...

“The stay was moderately comfortable but limited in practicalities. The placement of the bed in the room directly under the air stream was intensely uncomfortable. It required constant, shuffling and placement of additional blankets and comforters. Additionally, we had no cable box in our room for the first 2 days of our stay. Once one was supplied, the connection and capabilities were inefficient compared to most other hotels we've stayed with. The stay was great, but it had way more potential...
