Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e servizi
The room was neglected...upon entering we found a hair tie in the bedroom, a stained towel that was folded in the bathroom, trash bin was full to the top...couldn't even put our own trash in the bin, a sticky residue on the window sill, and tv with no signal. Maintenance had to fix tv that had a roku box taped to the bottom of tv, housekeeping never came to take trash out. The lights went out and we had to go to the circuit box to turn back on. While a concierge staff was nice the other was rude and condescending. The building looks nice and so did the room but everything else i just described made it aweful!! No parking either is a problem. ON top of paying for a room that was not at it's best and expensive, you have to pay for parking. Ridiculous. Communication could be better and early check in should be an option. Couldn't check in early because apparently the room was being cleaned but was still dirty when we checked in which was after check in time. Too much money for a place that is not at 100 percent!
