“This is our go “out on the town” hotel. Super convenient, friendly staff and lovely clean rooms. I always ask for a room away from Northbourne aa I’m a light sleeper and Drconis happy to oblige, thank you. Booked room breakky online through Expedia and got a great deal on a very satisfying and well presented buffet breakky, perfect Sunday morning! Thanks again for the upgrade, we feel like we’re always welcome back.”

“Hotel distante dal centro. E' necessario un pullman per raggiungerlo , ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal Parlamento. Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. “Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good and clean. Sometimes parking was limited. Good location, walking distance to city centre.”

“Room was great but we were unable to connect to the TV to connect to streaming services. Most hotels these days have either a smart TV with this option or Foxtel channels. This is a perfect option for those cold nights in winter in Canberra.”

“Tv wasn’t working and fridge was not cold . Rang reception to complain . They said they would move me but asked me to come downstairs with all my luggage to swap keys . Surely someone could have brought these to me . Then the tv was still not working so I needent have move rooms . No apology or even a free drink offered .
