The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and their continental breakfast was always on time and full of verity. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended two days then had to come back for a personal matter and they were willing to schedule and confirm me for the following week. It alll stems from General Manger that was involved, and present which resonated with staff. It was a great experience...

“We did not like that the pool was closed our entire stay. We also did not like someone in the parking lot playing extremely loud music, from their SUV. We called the front desk to lodge a complaint and in just 5min. the music stopped.”

“Are flight was cancelled, and I quickly booked this Hotel and man I wish it stayed here the whole week! This is a brand new hotel in the most wonderful of spots in Charlotte. Highly recommend! Coming back here again! Southern Pecan is a MUST for Brunch!”

“I absolutely LOVE Ballantyne resort. The beds were comfortable, the food was amazing, the resort was within walking distance of many things and I completely forgot I was in CLT. We had an amazing time and will definitely visit again soon.”

“Staff was super friendly the second we walked into the door. We felt very welcome and everything was very clean. Any questions we had were answered promptly and nicely. The morning breakfast they have for guests is wonderful as a parent tired from a long trip with 2 yoynf children. The kids loved making their own wagfles and choosing what they wanted to eat.”

“Everyone was so nice. We really enjoyed our 9 day stay here. It was perfect to be able to walk around and get food or shop. Perfect space for walking your dog. Very safe, there are security vehicles riding around the area at all times. We will be back when we are in town again for sure.”
