Excellent location near ample dining and shopping. Across street from Downtown Tram station. Good evening reception. Breakfast is nothing special. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was no advance information that check in (lobby) was on the 14th floor NOT the 1st floor & & that the dining room was on the 5th floor. A little confusing for someone who has never stayed there before. Also the Residence Inn signage outside was small & hard to see. GPS said "You have arrived" ...

The bed mattress is one of the best I've slept on in many year's of business travel and the shower pressure was also awesome.
