“This stay was really a great experience. So close to where I needed to be but also very near to the Charlotte airport and the downtown scene. Everything I needed was here. Plenty of space to park, a full kitchen, laundry, and a comfortable bed. The property is protected with cameras and high end door locks for your safety. My one caveat I do have to mention is there are multiple bedrooms with locks so if you are staying as a single person, make sure to check with owners about anyone else staying...

“The Inn is an immaculately clean, beautiful historic home with quaint rooms, lovely grounds and a staff that actually cares about your stay. Why would anyone stay in a chain hotel when you can experience a piece of history like this? Walking distance to downtown Statesville where you can find great restaurants. The Twisted Oak is an excellent choice for dinner and Gracie Rae’s is quite possibly one of the best breakfasts you will ever have. We will return as this is super convenient to the...

“Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!”
