“We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. “I was able to get into my room early which was extremely helpful considering if I wasn’t I would probably be a target—solo traveler with a suitcase and bag. This hotel was beautiful and the most intelligent as far as amenities. Everything was where it should be and I kept getting pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I needed right where I hoped it would be—stocked kitchen with soap and a sponge. So convenient!!
