“The experience was amazing as we went for Valentines weekend. It all starts and ends with the Team/Staff. Their level of service was bespoke and they all went above and beyond to ensure our experience was incredible. Specific example was we were coming down the elevator and a cleaning team jumped on. As we decended the employees asked about our stay, what could they do better, was there something they could help us with etc. We were so impressed with both of them. The room was incredible...

“We could not have had a better stay! Staff was great. We had a terrible experience with American Airlines, several late and cancelled flights on our way to the Bahamas, thank goodness we were able to salvage our vacation by staying at the JW. They even supplied goody bags to try to supply everything we were missing in our luggage.”
