“When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again.”

“The bed was awful. There was a gigantic hole/dip in the queen bed that made it simply unmanageable to sleep in. The rooms were full, so we couldn't move.
