“This wasn't one of my best stays at a Hilton affiliated hotel. Good thing I was only there one night. The bed was hard and worn out, they need to be replaced. Only one of the two elevators were operating which made wait times longer. The breakfast bar was very limited. Overall, the staff were friendly and pleasant. ”

“Did not enjoy breakfast, that was sad!! It just was very lackluster. Also, carpets being changed and there was raw wood on parts of the hallway. Finally, the noise of the shower and toilet draining above us was extremely loud. ”

The person who answered was extremely rude and dismissive, actually mocked us for arriving late and needing to wait, and when I complained about their attitude cancelled my reservation and decided to taunt me over it lol if the owner or manager is reading my comment, this took place at around midnight ”

“The hotel is old and poorly maintained. It is in need of an update and a deep clean. First, only one elevator was functioning and the remaining elevator took a very long time to arrive. I used the stairs for most of my stay as did other guest. The carpet in my room was stained and the leather covering on the desk chair was badly damaged and torn. There was hair on the floor of the restroom. The furniture was scratched and damaged. The bed was hard and made noise when you sat on it, as if the...
