I booked me & my dads room because we came in town for my cousin's funeral. We arrived a little before 12 & there was no availability for us to check in early. We left & came back about 5 minutes to 3 & there still wasn't rooms available. They were changing shifts & the new girl that came on asked for me & my dads ID & a credit card. I expressed to her that I booked the rooms & told her to put incidentals on my card. After she checked my ID I put it away and then she asked me for it again. I asked her how many more times would she need it so I know when I could put it away & it seemed like she had an attitude. I asked was my marriott number put on the rooms & she said "no because you booked through a 3rd party". I told her I had messaged the hotel after I booked & asked for the number to be put on my account & that was why I asked. She still seemed like she had an attitude. I got to the room & there wasnt a bathtub which was an issue because I have an infant. I had to go to the front desk about it because the phone in the room didnt work & the same girl said "well you shouldve booked a handicap room". Thankfully I was given a tub to bathe my daughter. The evening guy was great. I told him about the situation with the girl earlier in the day & he apologized profusely letting me know she was new & that he was working on training with her & would talk to her about it. Outside of that everything was great. Breakfast was good. the hotel was nice and updated, and parking was easy.
