“A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. The room was clean with decent bed linens. The A/C worked, which was essential in 90+ degree heat. The bath towels were small and it would be good to have more than 2 in a...

“It was a wonderful room and very clean. It had a full kitchen. The price was very reasonable. I was shocked that there was no restroom in lobby. That's the 1st thing people need to do after a long ride but we had to wait to check in and use the restroom when we got in our room. But the room was VERY nice!”

“The staff were very helpful with questions we had about transportation to PNC Arena. We had access to the executive lounge and found the view to be wonderful. Towels and amenities in the bathroom were great. The only fault we found with the room was the coffee that went with the coffee maker. It was not that good. Overall we had no complaints. ”

“This was a last-minute booking as the hotel we booked previously misrepresented it's location being close to UNC Campus when it was not. We were lucky enough to get into Sonesta Select and had a great stay. I will remember this hotel when we make future trips to campus to visit our daughter. ”
