I proprietari si sono dimostrati professionali e disponibili alle nostre esigenze . ( Si trova a circa venti minuti dalle caverns ) La colazione nel caffè bar convenzionato è ottima.( e' uno dei migliori di Carlsbad) Consigliato! ”

“This hotel is located toward the dustier end of Carlsbad and despite this, the entire property is very clean, as was the room/bathroom. The breakfast was hot and tasty, coffee was good and the staff was constantly asking if there was anything I needed. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again.”

It just said pending even after housekeeping knocked and we rushed to check out on time. 30 minutes after we were on the road they finally emailed me saying it was denied.”

“I knew that it would not have great amenities, and I was not expecting that. I also knew that it was an older place which doesn't bother me. However, I did expect it to be clean and well taken care of. The rooms were filthy. There were food stains on the wall in the bedroom and stains on the bathroom walls which I hope was not pee. “Be mindful of the directions when using maps. It routed us an hour out of the way thru a dark, isolated canyon with no wifi. Once we backtracked out of the canyon, the owner sent me her location and we found it. She is concerned and will get with tech to fix that. She checked us in with our late night arrival. The key card worked but didn’t open the door. Someone else came to assist us. Still couldn’t get the door to open with the card. We only stayed one night and the room was perfect for a...
