Great staff! Lisa helped us with some issues the morning after check in, and the rest of our stay was pleasant. St. James Bay is always a nice place to stay!

Although the first room wasn’t up to our expectations and the neighbors were extremely loud, the front desk staff were very kind and offered a different room and when that was just as bad with the noise they gave us one last room.
