“Nice place my kids liked it”

“ We have stayed here in the past and never had any issues; however, this time we were very disappointed with our experience. During our stay, our room was never refreshed or cleaned. We personally asked the front desk twice to have our room cleaned, but no one ever came. At checkout, we voiced our concerns and were told that the manager would call us back, but we are still waiting for that call. “Fairly clean. The bed linens seemed clean, but the carpet was gross and there was hair ob the bathroom wall behind the towel bar and on the back wall of the shower. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Pillows were good. The while place needs a refresh.”

“The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”

“Una vergogna, non ci hanno comunicato nulla relativamente alla richiesta per il trasferimento, niente cuscini aggiuntivi. Nessuna assistenza da Hotels.com. Hotel sporco e puzza di Marjuana. Lampade non funzionanti. Colazione pietosa e ripetitiva, solo muffin e tea. Squallido davvero. Il direttore non presta assistenza. Seguirà un azione legale per la richiesta di rimborso per indennizzo.”

“This is my go to spot when I want to just get away from my daily life. So clean, quiet and the staff is attentive and present whenever you need them. Rooms are always clean. The property is well maintained.”
