“The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”

“Let's start by saying that both Expedia and the property double charged my credit card bor the same booking. After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement. Neither party can explain the reason for the double charge and continue to make excuses. Very disappointed especially with Expedia. Myself and everyone i know will no longer use their services. ”

“Our reservation was messed up thru no fault of our own. The staff at Spark in Rahway not only fixed it and honored our reservation, but upgraded us to a suite which was roomy, clean and just fabulous at the rate I was originally promised. They didn't have to do it but they did. Customer Service is friendly and superb. I will be booking at the Spark again in the near future. ”

“The heat took a long time to come in no toilet tree that’s separate u have to buy it in the office the hallway smell nothing but weed I ask for 2 extra towels no closet only one hook took hang your coats or jackets no extra blanket the fire place wasn’t workin terrible omg never again ”

“Camera spaziosa, tantissime prese per ricaricare i devices. Letto comodissimo , con topper di qualità e molto cuscini . Resto dell’arredamento datato, come il bagno , Ma pulito . Accoglienza inaccettabile : receptionist maleducatissima che ha fatto problemi ad accettare passaporto e patente europei come identificazione . Poi mi ha sgridato per essere arrivato tardi senza avvisare . Quando le ho fatto vedere la prova della telefonata, ha risposto risentita che non avevo parlato con lei. Personale...

“Una vergogna, non ci hanno comunicato nulla relativamente alla richiesta per il trasferimento, niente cuscini aggiuntivi. Nessuna assistenza da Hotels.com. Hotel sporco e puzza di Marjuana. Lampade non funzionanti. Colazione pietosa e ripetitiva, solo muffin e tea. Squallido davvero. Il direttore non presta assistenza. Seguirà un azione legale per la richiesta di rimborso per indennizzo.”
