“A very nice hotel with a 'living apartment' concept; whilst there is no breakfast on site, plenty of options nearby at a reasonable rate and with a hotel discount. The daily wine hour between 5pm and 6pm was a nice touch to enjoy talking to fellow guests or just read a book by their library area. ”

“Lovely design and style. My little room William, perfect for only one person, was clean. The shower is amazing. The hotel is situated near the centre of the city. Check in was virtual but very easy. ”

“Great apartment! Even nicer in person than I could have imagined from the photos, which already gave a good impression. Was pleasantly surprised to see my unit had two full bathrooms! For a one bedroom, that was awesome. Wish I could've stayed longer than a day, because it makes a nice retreat. The base of the kitchen sink was the main thing noticeably dirty, which was unfortunate to see. But didn't take away from the whole experience. 15/1 and 15/2 have a deep stairway to get to the apt,...

“Extremely pleased with the Princes St Residence. We stayed in apartment 2. The place was clean and had everything you would need. The kitchen and living room was nice and spacious. Our favourite thing was the view of the Edinburgh Castle from the living room window. Perfect location for those who want to walk or transit around downtown Edinburgh. Close to everything - food, shopping, parks etc. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to several bus stops and many food options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The only small things that could be improved are the storage space in the room (there’s no wardrobe, just a clothes rack) and the cleaning, as used cups were not removed during my stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it! ”
