“Room was only cleaned once in our entire stay. One day they came in and just took our towels and didn’t do anything else. When I called front desk to get more towels the front desk never answers but when you see them downstairs they weren’t doing anything to not answer the phone. Breakfast most the time there were never forks. When interacted with staff they were nice”

“The outside of the building looked horrible, the hotel looked like they let anybody stay there. The office was tacky, parking lot was horrible. The beds and rooms are too small. I will not stay there ever again. The double charged me on my room.”

The hosts were great - they called twice on Christmas, the day we were arriving, to ensure we had the codes to enter and details for our stay. “Beautifully renovated boutique hotel right in the middle of downtown with its own restaurant and bar. Excellent staff that always went above and beyond for us. A vase of flowers and a thoughtfully created gift basket for our “Sister’s Trip” were waiting for us in our room, which felt so personalized and kind. We initially had a Double Queen room but found it to be too tight for 3 women that each had 2 suitcases. When we inquired about booking an additional room we were luckily able to be changed...

The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap.
