“Beautiful rooms, nice continental breakfast.”

“Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich.”

“Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a musty smell. The bedding and furniture looked worn and unclean, and the walls were cracked and peeling. The property is clearly in need of a complete renovation. Unfortunately, the photos on the website bear little resemblance to the actual condition of the accommodations and are extremely misleading.”

“No pool or hot tub like the add said it smelt like mold. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.”

“I wanted that hotel because it was walking distance to everything. There was a nice balcony to sit outside. I did not have the breakfast but it was nice that it was included. Very reasonability priced.”

“The night attendant who checked us in was exceptional and really set a great tone for the stay. However, a few things fell short for the price: breakfast was underwhelming, the room could use more wall outlets (ideally with USB and USB-C ports), and the bed felt more like a full than a queen.”

“Elevator out. Pool was closed. Room smelled musty and moldy. Carpet was gross (musty/moldy). There was no hot water. Visible mold throughout. No real lighting in the room. Breakfast was a continental with the option to microwave pancakes. They did give us another room after they saw all the issues. The new room was much better but still had visible mold and the toilet did not work well (running). This place needs to be closed for a full renovation.”

“The stay was absolutely lovely! Would no doubt be 5 stars but the lights in the parking lot are, in fact, that bad. I appreciate the attempt at creating a safer environment but it does almost ruin the balcony and the view after 9 ish. Switching to a security light that is angled down and not up and out would make all the difference. Its like sitting infront of ford f-150 with their brights on.
